You can fill out a 'Prayer Request Card' (the hot pink card that can now be found inside each CHOPCOS Program that is handed out during Sunday Worship Services and Tuesday Bible Study Service) and drop it into the offering bucket, or into the drop box located at the sound room. Or you can fill out the virtual form.
